Jennifer Ashworth Dinh joined Bancroft Associates from the law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where she practiced in the firm’s telecommunications practice group. She focused on telecommunications, media and privacy law. She represented clients in numerous policy and regulatory proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission. Her work before the FCC included representing clients in the FCC’s review of network element unbundling obligations and media ownership limits, as well as in the context of several large telecom mergers. Ashworth Dinh also advised clients on domestic and international privacy laws. She provided counsel on compliance with data protection laws in jurisdictions worldwide.
Ashworth Dinh serves on the Board of Directors of the Junior League of Washington and the Independent Women’s Forum. She received her B.A. in Literature from Providence College and her J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America. She is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
